Corny sweetness with a nice bit of spiciness from the barrel, along with caramel and vanilla notes, though not an amazing nose overall—just average for a bourbon.

Sweet with noticeable spiciness despite the lack of rye in the mash bill, and notably nutty with peanut brittle character.

A bit rough with some hug to it, which the hosts attribute to its youth, though they expect this to improve with age.
