Very sweet and light with notes of apricot, peach, and nectarine. Floral quality with a nice balance, not cloying. The malted barley plays a significant role in the aromatic profile.
Sweetness up front with a chalky, hard candy minerality reminiscent of Necco wafers. Some tartness on the palate like biting into a green apple, with the bourbon providing the tart component. No spiciness detected despite the rye content. Very front-of-palate focused with nectarine and peach fruit notes lingering in the middle.
Sweet with lingering fruit notes. A slight hint of spice begins to emerge as it lingers on the tongue, possibly the rye attempting to peek through, but minimal spice overall. The finish is short and does not have significant backend impact.
