Prominent cherry pie and dark cherries with butterscotch and buttered crust notes. Rich, deep, and showing oak age with hints of ginger, rice spice, tobacco, leather, and cherry wood.

Dry and not particularly sweet with ginger and cinnamon bite, leather, and oak tannins reminiscent of a dry red wine. Opens up with spice and develops complexity as it sits in the glass.

Medium finish with a drying quality and tannin structure from the 14 years of aging.
