Sweet nose with apparent wheated bourbon character. Honey and caramel notes with very apparent malt that has a brown sugar character.
Palate
Very well balanced and seamless with malt upfront, good baking spice, a little bit of oak, and heavy vanilla. Light and not bold or overpowering, perfectly suited to the proof.
Finish
Rye becomes most apparent on the finish with a hint of ginger that cleans it up nicely.
