Sweet corn cereal notes reminiscent of Corn Pops, kettle corn cooking at a fair, Cracker Jack's, youthful character with corn-forward aromas and minimal alcohol burn.

Sweet corn pop cereal flavor, corn sugar and starchy notes, peppery spice on the back of the tongue, rolls back initially, not off-putting or harsh.
Finish
Peppery and youthful exit with light finish characteristic of young bourbon.
