Nice sweetness with caramel and earthy notes. The malted grains complement the earthiness of the corn.
Palate
Easy to drink, very smooth with flavors on the sides of the tongue. Spice comes through on the back of the palate from the malted rye, though smoother than unmalted rye would provide.
Finish
White pepper and cinnamon notes with a longer, smoother experience from the malted grains.
