Nutty with a harmonic quality that sits on the roof of the mouth. Tastes like well-aged corn whiskey with a really nice bourbon background, reminiscent of corn puff cereal.
Finish
A little heat on the back, but smooth enough that one person could put a big dent in the bottle.
