Nose
Wonderful nose with grain-forward character and nice malty depth.
Palate
Sweetness upfront from the corn, followed by a penny metallic bite from the rye, then baking spice, orange, and fruit from the wheat, finishing very nutty with walnuts and hazelnuts from the scarlet barley.
Finish
Nutty finish with walnuts and hazelnuts, hanging nicely in the back.
