Nose

Fruity with nectarines and peach notes, fruity pebbles, honey, caramel, cinnamon spice, oak aroma, barrel spice. Does not aggressively attack the nose despite 103 proof.

Palate

Honey syrup with spice, spearmint gum with bite, sweetness that increases on second taste, pop rock sensation on front of palate, root beer candy notes, creamy texture with significant body, spice building toward the back with a gentle hug rather than an assault.

Finish

Medium to almost long finish, spice sticks around, oak hangs on, nutty finish, medium dryness on the back, sizzles at the back of the palate.
