Very sweet upfront with syrupy notes that carry over, featuring a distinctive pop rocks sensation that prickles the tongue everywhere. Cinnamon spice with moderate sweetness, not too spicy, and not very viscous in texture despite being unfiltered and barrel strength.

Black pepper on the finish with a medium to long finish. The spice and tingling effect from the mid-palate doesn't linger heavily on the back of the palate with robust oaky notes.
