Beautiful old oak, molasses, caramel, hint of cocoa, sweet white wine notes, almost an overall scent of cookie dough, cinnamon like walking into a bakery with fresh cinnabons.

Oak, sugar cookies, molasses, light pepper. Sweet bourbon that transitions two-thirds through to apricot and sweet grape juice notes from the sauternes finish. Creamy and rich with a cinnamon and sugar mixture running through, leaning toward cinnamon and raisin bread pudding.

Medium length. Molasses, light cinnamon, cocoa, and apricot are most prevalent. Dry chocolate finish like cocoa powder with a little bit of bitterness. Very slight Kentucky hug.
