How am I billed?
Monthly through Stripe. Your card is charged once on signup, then on the same day each month after.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your benefits until then, and you won't be charged again. No gotchas, no calls to make.
Can I change tiers?
Upgrade and the new tier takes effect immediately. Downgrade and it kicks in at the start of your next billing period.
About the t-shirt
Members at the Partner ($10) and Inner Circle ($20) tiers get one branded t-shirt — total, not per year. It ships about 30 days after you sign up (a sticky-membership check that protects us from sign-up-then-cancel). One per lifetime, even if you re-subscribe later.
Refunds?
Membership fees are generally non-refundable, but if there's a billing problem or you believe you were charged in error, email hello@thebourbonroad.com within 30 days and we'll work with you. Small team, real humans.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account stays put. Only the tier-specific perks turn off. If you want everything deleted, use the Delete my account button on your account page — see our privacy policy for the full retention rules.
