2021 Four Roses Limited Edition Small Batch
114.2 proof 12–16 years Bourbon Four Roses Lawrenceburg, KY $150 Multiple (16yr OBSV, 14yr OBSQ, 12yr OESK, 16yr OESV)

Rich and complex with leather, spice, and caramel. Stewed fruit character (not fresh), dried rose petals, dark ripened fruit, oak, and subtle minty freshness. Not overly sweet on the nose.

Velvet-like, oily, and cream-like mouthfeel. Sweet with jam-like fruity notes and dark chocolate. Spice present on the sides of the tongue rather than the back. Vanilla and caramel prominent. Well-balanced across the palate with leather notes that are not dry. Sweetness builds over time with continued sips, revealing new layers.

Lengthy and pleasurable, among the longest finishes the hosts have experienced.

Remarkable
A fantastic, complex bourbon with a luxurious mouthfeel, evolving flavors, and one of the longest finishes in the hosts' experience—potentially one of the best bourbons they've ever had.
