Nose

Rich caramel and vanilla with dark fruit character. Chalky wafer-candy note present. Malty undertones from the malted barley content. Nuttiness detected.

Palate

Dark berries, particularly raspberry and blackberry, dominate the center. Vanilla and caramel continue from the nose but drop back slightly. Fruity character more pronounced than oak. Chalky wafer note lingers on the mid-palate.

Finish

Long, with vanilla and caramel maintaining presence. Nutty undertones emerge on the tail end.

A well-balanced blend with strong fruit character and Georgia oak intensity, though slightly marked by a craft sensibility.
