Caramel and vanilla with brown sugar and honey notes. Sweet profile with leather and dark fruit undertones. A sweet candy-like quality on the back end.

Palate

Hot and powerful at 128 proof but remains smooth. Sweet with a strong character. Yields a Kentucky hug without being overly aggressive. Subtle peanut notes (roasted in shell). Some butterscotch character.

Finish

Lingering sweetness and heat.
