Very sweet with light fruit notes of apricot, peach, and nectarine. Nice and light with floral qualities. The malted barley contributes to the sweet character.
Sweetness upfront with chalky hard candy minerality reminiscent of Necco candies. Sweet tart character with a touch of tartness like biting into a green apple. No spiciness detected. Very much front-of-palate focused. As it lingers, a bit of spice begins to peek through, possibly from the rye component.
The sweetness lingers in the middle, joined by peach and nectarine notes. Minimal spice on the backend. Very clean finish without aggressive heat.
