Butterscotch, barrel oak with youthful oak notes, subtle fruity undertones, and anise/licorice character; a good but not exceptional nose with some woody characteristics.

Sweet opening with vanilla cream character, spice concentrated on the sides and back of tongue rather than mid-palate, oily buttery mouthfeel that dissipates quickly, chalky drying finish characteristic.

Medium finish with oak notes on the back palate, chalky and drying quality that outperforms the front palate.
