Butterscotch with youthful oak notes, fruity hints, and anise/licorice character. Pleasant but slightly woody.

Sweet and smooth across the palate with spice on the sides and back of tongue rather than the middle. Vanilla cream character with oily, buttery mouthfeel that dissipates quickly. Not chill-filtered.

Medium finish with oak notes and slight chalkiness creating a drying quality. Outperforms the front of the palate.
