Fruity with a little funk and warehouse character. New oak balanced with aged oak. Some fruit notes present.

Nutty bourbon flavor with light cinnamon spice. Oak on the palate. Sweetness with notes of caramel and vanilla from the white oak.

Spice comes through on the back end but it's light, not heavy cinnamon or black pepper. Sweet and smooth.
