Alcohol and ethanol presence with fruity, mineral notes. Banana, peach, and oak are present, with a mineral character similar to rubbing rocks together.
Palate
Mineral note is very present with minimal oak influence and more new oak than charred. Peanut butter powder, dry peanut butter, tobacco, and a hint of carrot cake frosting vanilla with surprising rye hug despite low rye content.
