Solid traditional bourbon nose with corn sweetness, ballpark peanut shell, and black pepper. A touch of toasted peanuts and caramel on the back end.

Corn forward with sweetness balanced by pepper. Cracker Jacks-style caramel corn with peanuts. Some oak emergence with a leather quality reminiscent of a new baseball glove. Little residual sweetness overall.

Dry finish with lingering black pepper spice. Not much residual sweetness, minimal baking spice.
