Bold nose with brown sugar and molasses notes, popcorn balls, stewed fruit, banana foster, and a little ethanol that wakes up the nostrils. Has depth and is definitely not your everyday bottle of Jack.

Very oaky with toasted marshmallow sweetness, black pepper spice, and bold dark molasses. Attacks the back of the palate and throat with a Tennessee hug, with hints of tobacco and a sugary sweet character.

Gets a little tannic on the back end from all that oak influence. Medium to long finish that drinks beyond its stated age with subtle tannins.
