Nose
Sweet and carbony with brown sugar, molasses, and sorghum molasses notes. Bold with some ethanol that opens the nostrils. Popcorn ball and cooked/stewed fruit characteristics. Nice depth despite the boldness.
Palate
Very oaky with banana foster notes. Dark molasses that's not overly sweet, instead bold. Black pepper spice and barrel spice on the attack. Toasted marshmallow with oak and hints of tobacco. Tannic on the back end with a medium to long finish.
Finish
Medium to long finish with oak influence and tannins present.
