Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey Bottled in Bond
100 proof 4 years Tennessee Whiskey Jack Daniel's Lynchburg, TN $30 80% corn, 12% malted barley, 8% rye

Bold and sweet with prominent brown sugar and molasses notes, particularly sorghum molasses. Popcorn ball character with caramel and corn syrup. Some ethanol bite that opens the nostrils. Hints of stewed/cooked fruit underneath. Carbonly and characteristic Jack Daniels nose with good depth.

Very oaky with significant oak influence. Banana foster notes, dark molasses that's not overly sticky or sweet on the front but attacks the back palate and throat with a Tennessee hug. Toasted marshmallow with tobacco hints. Black pepper and barrel spice. Drinks beyond its age with tannic qualities on the back end.

Medium to long finish with lingering oak, spice, and warmth from the Tennessee character.

Top notch
Jack Daniels elevated their Tennessee whiskey to sipping standard with this bonded expression, delivering impressive depth, complexity, and oak influence that holds its own against bonded bourbons.
