Light and sweet, with caramel notes. Ethanol not overpowering. Very little spice detected.

Smooth with sweetness that transfers from nose. Not much burn. Nice texture with decent viscosity. Pepper and cinnamon on the back end with hints of licorice or anise, suggesting a small amount of rye in the mashbill.

Smooth without being overwhelming. Leaves decent legs on the glass for a lighter whiskey.
