Light and sweet with no overpowering ethanol. Light caramel notes with very little spice.

Sweet up front that transfers from the nose. Smooth with nice texture and viscosity. Spice comes through on the backside with notes of cinnamon and a tinge of licorice or anise, suggesting a rye component. Light pepper notes.

Not heavily emphasized in tasting notes.
