Real light and very sweet with light caramel notes. Ethanol is not overpowering at 90 proof with very little spice.

Sweet up front that transfers from the nose, pretty similar and not overwhelming. Smooth when it crosses the tongue with nice texture and decent viscosity. A little bit of pepper on the backside, cinnamon, and hints of licorice or anise suggesting a little rye in the whiskey.
