Bold and spicy with brown sugar sweetness on the front, concentrated oak, spice rolling through mid-palate, pecan pie notes with hard shell pecan character, tobacco smoke, hot and peppery from the high proof with a dry sensation on the back palate.

Medium to long finish, hanging around mid-palate rather than the back of the throat, not as much of a Kentucky hug as expected for the proof level.
