Leiper's Fork Bottled in Bond Tennessee Whiskey @ 00:07:04
100 proof 4 years Tennessee Whiskey Leiper's Fork Distillery Leipers Fork, TN 70% corn, 15% rye, 15% malted barley

Sweet caramel and sugary sweetness with corn puff cereal notes. Cotton candy aroma reminiscent of a fairground sugar stand. Light and fresh with some medicinal notes that open up and fade as the whiskey airs. Brown sugar and light molasses character develops with time in the glass.

Definitely sweet up front with a light bite on the sides of the palate. Pop rocks sensation with just enough spice to remind you it's a whiskey. Smooth with a corn-forward character and an interesting spicy note mid-palate. The sweetness comes through clearly without any harsh burn.

Medium to short finish. Some sweetness lingers on the tongue but doesn't persist long. No Kentucky hug or harsh burn. Clean and approachable without extended aftertaste.

Satisfying
A smooth, corn-forward Tennessee whiskey with appealing candy-like sweetness and mid-palate spice that shows promise for future aging and fuller development.
