Great viscosity for a filtered whiskey. Bread-forward with honey sweetness, peach sneaking in, and harvest bread qualities. Bready character continues through the palate.

White pepper and peppery notes building on the back end. Peach mixed with bread and subtle white pepper. Not a super long finish but carries a little peppery bit on the back.
