Nice, wonderful nose with rye spice that pops. No ethanol bite despite 100 proof. Rye muffin and rye flavor notes.

Palate

Broad rye spice mouthfeel. Butterscotch note that skips caramel. Lots of oak, a little vanilla. Unfiltered with velvety, thick, viscous mouthfeel.

Finish

Oak-forward finish with rye spice lingering.
