Light and airy with no ethanol burn. Sweet corn and grain notes with cereal character. Oak and leather present. Sassafras, root beer, and whore hound candy notes. Burnt caramel. Opens up nicely as it sits in the glass.

Not overly sweet with nice mid-palette presentation. Dry with white and black pepper spice. Oak is present but not overpowering with tannic notes. Toasted marshmallow character. Granny Smith apple notes with bite. Drinking more like a 100 proofer despite the 94 proof statement.

Dry finish with lingering spice and oak character.
