Rich and chocolatey with a spicy peppery bite. Notes of dark chocolate, orange peel, tart peach, and a baking cabinet quality with hints of nutmeg and allspice. The oak is prominent throughout.

Very oaky with a combination of aged and new oak character. Sweet but not cloying, with prominent baking chocolate and hazelnut (Nutella-like) notes. Brown sugar and campfire-charred marshmallow character come through. Slight astringent and tannic quality balanced by wood sugars. Creamy, silky mouthfeel from the non-chill filtered profile.

Medium finish with lingering oak, chocolate, and a drying, slightly bitter baking chocolate note.
