Cinnamon and black pepper with dried fruit notes (plums, raisins), citrus lift, caramel and vanilla base. Pleasant and fairly sweet with good barrel influence.

Sweet entry transitioning to mid-palate spice of cinnamon and black pepper. Dried darker fruits (plums and raisins) with a faint medicinal touch. Smooth and buttery mouthfeel.

Short to medium finish. Clean and pleasant without lingering.
