Nose
Floral character with prominent oak, corn, and malt. Stone fruit notes including cherry juice, nectarine, and pear.
Palate
Sweet corn and cornbread character. Multiple layers of flavor that develop and deepen with each sip. Dark stone fruit. Vanilla and oak transition into chocolate and dark chocolate/cocoa notes on the back of the tongue.
Finish
Medium finish, not drying. Sweet with a bubble gum-like quality. Vanilla and oak present.
