Youthful with corn sweetness, banana oil or banana candy character, light oak, underlying sweetness from sherry staves, a little menthol, bright ethanol that's not offensive, fruitiness present.

Interesting spiciness that's light and presents more in the middle than upfront, not very sweet at the front, light white pepper, saltwater taffy character, smooth hug developing, refreshing and light, easy to drink without much complexity.

Short to medium finish, not overwhelming, clean and straightforward without a lot of lingering depth.
