Immediately recognizable as Wild Turkey. Fruitiness present on the nose. Bright citrus notes with orange and lemon character. Oak still prominent. More ethanol burn at this higher proof compared to lower proofs.
Crafted using barrels from different rick house positions—six from the top, eight from the middle, twelve from the bottom. Bright notes from top barrels, smoky sweetness from bottom barrels, with the middle barrel pulling it all together. Oak comes through beautifully.
