Palate

Better than expected given the 60% young bourbon content; peanut brittle sweetness, vanilla, and dried fruit notes; slightly dry on the mid-palate with minimal rounding sensation.

Finish

Medium length with dry bitterness on the back end, leather and tannin character from the older stock.

Satisfying
A respectable blended bourbon that demonstrates skilled blending, though not an exceptional pour.
