Very sweet and easy on the palate with no aggressive impact. Smooth and soft. Subtle toasted barrel character with just a pinch of white pepper spice. A slight smokiness on the backend that pairs nicely with the sweetness. Sautéed pear notes emerge as the whiskey sits in the glass.

Medium finish that doesn't linger extensively on the palate due to the 80 proof, though not watery. The sweetness carries through with a cool, smooth wash across the tongue.
