More caramel and sweetness than the 83 proof. Deep floral notes with dandelion, watermelon, cantaloupe, and hints of nuts.
Palate
Increased sweetness and viscosity from the higher proof. Cantaloupe with a little bit of Spanish red spice reminiscent of chili and tagine. Nutmeg and cooking spice notes present.
Finish
Medium finish with more viscosity coating the mouth. Still no Kentucky hug or aggressive burn. Allows the spice to linger slightly.
