Honeycomb with earthy, spicy notes. Light floral character reminiscent of lavender or heather. Subtle hint of one drop of Amburana-like spice. Overall refreshing and unusual compared to other American single malts.

Sweet and light with a subtle drying finish on the back end. Honey and floral tea notes, like wildflower or orange flower honey. Light citrus present, similar to a lemon verbena.

Lingers pleasantly on the palate with a slight heat. Dries out just a touch on the back end without becoming overly sweet.
