Soft and well-rounded with green apple and floral notes reminiscent of a sugary-glazed hand pie; fruit pie character dominates without being overly sharp.

Passes over the front of the palate and settles on the mid-palate with pop rocks-like spicy effect; carries the fruit pie notes with a nice caramel drizzle; light on the front end as expected from the wheat content but develops character throughout.

Medium length with a pleasant mild hug; white pepper notes provide a little wake-up on the back without overwhelming.
