Nose

Burnt marshmallow and crème brûlée. Cinnamon atomic fireball candy. Leather notes. Deep charred oak with campfire smoke and burnt sugar. Booker's-esque character.

Palate

Oak-forward and bold. Burnt sugar and caramel. More leather than chocolate. Thick mouthfeel but slightly drying from tannins—appropriate given the wood influence.

Finish

Medium-to-long finish with lingering oak tannins. Slightly puckering but pleasant, sticking around longer than the previous expression.

A bold, well-aged oak-driven bourbon that drinks deceptively smoothly for its proof and exhibits a compelling burnt sugar and leather profile.
