Nose

Maple sweetness with light ethanol sizzle. Super sweet caramel and cinnamon. Charred barrel aspect but minimal smoke.

Palate

Exceptionally silky and viscous. Very sweet opening with caramel, cinnamon, and almondy nutty notes. Sweet chewing tobacco mid-palate. Balanced spice from toasted French spice staves (four of ten total) offsetting the sweetness without overwhelming it.

Finish

Medium length; pleasant but shorter than other pours in the lineup. Good overall mouthfeel.

Noteworthy
A silky, approachable wheated bourbon with excellent texture and well-integrated spice that encourages repeated sips.
