Nose
Sweet floral nose with fruity notes, oak, and a hint of ethanol heat. More fruity than typical New Riff releases.
Palate
Little zest with pop rocks sensation that sizzles on the sides. Softer on top, doesn't hit the roof of the mouth much. More on the sides with a hug going down the throat. Gets sweeter as sipping continues, softens with the initial sizzle settling down.
Finish
Long finish with spice on the back end. Sweetness hangs at the front of the palate while the back end retains a hug and spice. Softer and sweet overall rather than spicy with a kick.
