English toffee, caramel, honey with aromatic fruitiness—citrus, floral notes, plum, and raisin jam. Well-aged rick house oak character with no young corn sweetness.

Lack of upfront sweetness followed by a wash of aromatic dark fruit—fig and plum. Citrusy departure on the back end. Viscous mouthfeel with caramel and vanilla notes, though more pronounced are the dark fruits. Cinnamon and black pepper spice.

Exceptionally long and lingering. Cinnamon, black pepper, and a distinctive Good and Plenty licorice candy note on the tail.
