Nose

Floral and pleasing with plum jam and candied fruit notes. Not soft with a slight bite typical of wheated bourbon, but without excessive ethanol character. Very appealing and traditional bourbon profile with unique sweetness.

Palate

Barrel spice on the front palate with a honey sweetness. Not overly soft compared to other wheated bourbons. The nose and palate work in unison with a pleasant dance between the two. Jammy character carries through with a lovely, pleasing finish.

Finish

Smooth and pleasing without a lot of excitement. Clean and well-integrated, allowing the whiskey to shine as an exemplary product.
