Dark chocolate and baker's chocolate with notes of cinnamon and cherry. Oak is present with regular bourbon notes. Not overpowering alcohol impact despite high proof.
Full-bodied, rich, and heavy with a creamy mouth-coating texture. Chocolate and cinnamon come through prominently. Sweet but not overpowering. Little bit of hotness expected at 130 proof, less than anticipated. Burnt toffee notes emerge. Makes the mouth water. Overwhelming on the palate due to concentration of flavors.
Medium to long finish with serious hug building in the chest. Oak influence is well-endowed and present throughout. Slow burn with deep chest warmth.
