Nutty, cherry juice, initial sweetness followed by bitterness and dry spice. Medium body with drying oak finish. Develops more buttery notes as it opens in the glass.

Medium length with a dry oak character. Bitterness dissipates as it sits, leaving a pleasant hug on the palate. Develops nicely with time in the glass.
