What’s your favorite bourbon that is below 90 proof?
Country Smooth has moved east and have just launched into the Kentucky market with their new Country Smooth Bourbon Whiskey.
Lori Carcich is the Founder and CEO of Country Smooth. She set out to create a Company that would be imbued with the values we hold dear. Country Smooth was born out of a love for country music and the American lifestyle.

Tasting Notes: Country Smooth Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Vital Stats: This an Indiana bourbon that is at least 2 years old and is 86 proof. It has an MSRP of $30 and an undisclosed mashbill.
Appearance: The same bottle as their American whiskey and the whiskey is golden hay.
Nose: Corn Pops cereal, honey sweetness with wood and floral fragrance rounding it out.
Palate: IA sweet rye spice with those corn pops coming through. This is a nice smooth bourbon with vanilla and caramel roundness.
Finish: Light to medium while still having a nice gentle Kentucky hug .
Overall: This is a great spring or summer sipper to share around a fire. It can be sipped or mixed at this price so for us it’s a buy.
