What bourbon will you drink on this Memorial Day 2021?
We have the perfect bourbon to honor and raise a glass to the 1.2 million legends that scarified all for our great nation. This Memorial Day we would ask that you take a few minutes out of your day to raise a glass and reflect on what these men and women had to do so that we can enjoy freedoms such as free speech that make our podcast possible. We as veterans know the price they paid and do not take their sacrifices for granted.
Let us introduce you to Spirits USA Legends Distillery barrel proof wheated bourbon. Legends Distillery is located in Cumming, GA . They were kind enough to send us a bottle of this limited release straight bourbon whiskey that is 115 proof.

Tasting Notes: Legends 115 Wheated Bourbon (Barrel Proof)
Vital Stats: Limited release straight bourbon whiskey that is 115 proof. Nonage stated with an undisclosed mashbill, except that we know it has corn, wheat and barley. Legends can be found in stores such as Total Wine & More with an MSRP of $81.99.
Appearance: Amber
Nose: Light and airy floral honeysuckle, caramel and vanilla. Slight waves of cool spearmint.
Palate: A flood of maple syrup sweetness with pop rock barrel spice. Pecan pie and butterscotch in a bottle.
Finish: Long finish with a large Kentucky hug.
Overall: This is an amazing wheated bourbon that shocked us. It’s that great folks, so for us it’s a buy and a great sipper at this price. Great job Legends Distillery.
